Mens sana in corpore sano: what if this year, we moved together?
What if, this year, we made sport a true engine of collective well-being?
Introduction
What if this year, we made physical activity a shared priority?
The well-known expression mens sana in corpore sano reminds us of a simple truth: a healthy mind thrives in a healthy body.
In a world where daily routines are increasingly sedentary and screen-focused, movement is no longer optional. Physical activity plays a key role in maintaining balance, energy, and well-being. At Paypuce / Servipay, we want to encourage everyone to move more — not as a constraint, but as a positive and collective initiative.
A stronger, healthier body
Regular physical activity has a direct and lasting impact on physical health.
It strengthens the cardiovascular system, improves blood circulation, and helps maintain endurance over time. Moving regularly also supports overall physical balance and long-term mobility.
Sport contributes to muscle and bone strength, while improving posture, coordination, and flexibility. Whether through running, team sports, or more gentle activities, every effort helps build a more resilient body.
A calmer mind and sharper focus
The benefits of physical activity go far beyond the physical.
Exercise helps reduce stress and anxiety by releasing endorphins, often referred to as “feel-good hormones.” It supports emotional balance and helps manage daily pressure more effectively.
Physical activity also has a positive effect on mood and motivation, while improving concentration, memory, and cognitive performance. In short, moving more helps us feel better — both mentally and emotionally.
Strengthening connections and team spirit
Sport is also a powerful social connector.
Participating in a collective challenge creates opportunities to connect in a different setting, outside of daily professional routines. It strengthens team cohesion, encourages mutual support, and fosters a stronger sense of belonging.
Shared physical activities also promote values such as cooperation, communication, inclusion, and respect — values that resonate far beyond the sporting context.
A first collective challenge: the 20 km of Brussels
To turn this initiative into action, we are launching our first collective challenge:
a Paypuce / Servipay team will take part in the 20 km of Brussels.
The goal is not performance, but participation, motivation, and shared achievement. Whether you are an experienced runner or just starting out, everyone is welcome to join at their own pace.
Participants will also receive guidance and practical tips on preparation, training, and healthy habits throughout the journey.
Conclusion & Call to Action
Moving is about taking care of yourself. Moving together is about building collective energy and shared values.
